Whether your loved one's stay is short-term or long-term, our secured community features all the comforts of home with around-the-clock care. Our licensed, insured, and bonded facility specializes in Alzheimer's, dementia, and diabetic care, with emergency services available.
In-home care is also provided when clients wish to stay in their own homes. We will provide guidance, supervision, and help with daily living activities. Support assistance is also provided to families that desire respite care, and we offer adult day care services 7 days a week.
Our Facility
Wellspring Meadows features 2 homes: Syringa and Buttercup. Located on a private, 2.2-acre residential cul-de-sac, our facility is close to physicians, clinics, and hospitals. Our homes offer tranquil settings with covered porches, heated walkways, patio furniture, and beautiful landscaping.
